The Haverly Lounge

“The Haverly Lounge" elegantly combines mid-century modern design with modern luxury. This unique pool house features rare Haver Block and decorative panels from the Biltmore, reflecting its architectural heritage. Designed by Zach Burns of MODE Architecture, it showcases a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience with retractable floor-to-ceiling glass and a minimalistic cantilevered roof. The centerpiece is a custom walnut bar with a vintage "boomerang" top and commercial-grade setup, including an 80” multi-screen TV. The décor is complemented by period-specific tiles and vintage 1950s furniture, making "The Haverly" a perfect blend of history and modernity.
